I recently bought a new laptop for a Russian-speaking friend in Ukraine. He speaks some English, but mostly Russian. However the laptop’s operating system is Vista Premium English. How can I change the operating system’s language to Russian, short of paying 0 for an upgrade to Vista Ultimate? Is there some way I can trade in my license for a Russian one, or maybe get a discount?

I recently had rain checked a "Western Digital 120gb 2.5" Passport Portable" hard drive from Best Buy. I got on the internet and read some user reviews and found them to be quite horrible though. I want one that can handle both laptops and desktops and that will last for a long time and is quite durable. I do not have a lot of knowledge on portable HDD’s Any help will be very appreciated. The requirements for Sims 2 is:
(with a T&L capable Video Card: 800MHz processor, 256 MB Ram, and at least 3.5 GB Hard drive)
(without a T&L capable Video card: 2.0GHz, 256 MB Ram, 3.5GB Harddrive.)

I purchased a laptop computer today and i got a good deal. Now i don’t have to use my brothers computer, since its always a hassle waiting for my turn to use it. Well i want to install a wireless internet router on my brothers DSL so i can use my laptop any where around the house. Now my question to you guys is whats a good brand and what kind of router do you guys recommend that puts out a good signal. I don’t want my lap top to have a slow internet. I want it to be fast just like my brothers DSL modem. His computer is right next to my room. I mostly going to use my laptop in my own room.

I write. A lot. At least 50 articles a week, sometimes 10 a day. All are 400+ words. I mainly write articles online in exchange for compensation. With that said, I would need a laptop computer that has a decent text editor, internet access (preferably WiFi certified), and an image editing program.
